IT Service Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking

● Identify and acquire new B2B clients

● Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships

● Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

● Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly)

● Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively

● Maintain daily reports of sales activities and client interactions

● Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

● Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

* 1–4 years of experience in B2B field sales / business development

* Experience in IT Services sales such as IT managed services, including data centers, networking, security, cloud, and staff augmentation

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Willingness to travel for field sales activities

* Target-oriented with a proactive approach

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
