Job Title:Sales / IT Support Executive


Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for Sales and IT Support roles. Candidates will be responsible for either selling company software or handling technical support queries from clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle client interactions via call, email, or chat

Provide basic technical support for IT-related queries (IT Support role)

Promote and sell company software to clients (Sales role)

Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain proper communication with clients



Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer / IT knowledge

Willingness to learn and work

Skills Required:

Basic IT Knowledge

Sales Skills (for Sales role)
