Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent, proactive, and leadership-driven IT Team Leader to oversee and manage our IT operations team. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, team management skills, and operational oversight to ensure seamless IT support and infrastructure management across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT team, maintaining system security and performance, managing hosting and domain environments, and driving process improvements to enhance overall IT efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
Team Leadership & Management
· Lead, mentor, and supervise IT Executives and support staff.
· Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
· Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and operational best practices.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technical & Operational Oversight
· Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
· Manage hosting platforms, domain registrations, DNS configurations, and server environments.
· Monitor system uptime, performance, and infrastructure health.
· Ensure proper management of user access controls, credentials, and security permissions.
· Implement and supervise cybersecurity measures, software updates, and regular system backups.
· Manage remote support operations using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities
· Plan and execute IT improvements aligned with organizational goals.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT procurement and support.
· Maintain documentation of IT assets, infrastructure, licenses, and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
· Identify potential risks and implement preventive and corrective solutions.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
· Team productivity and issue resolution efficiency.
· System uptime and infrastructure stability.
· Ticket closure rate and response time.
· Compliance with IT security and access control standards.
· Documentation accuracy and process adherence.
· Successful implementation of IT projects and improvements.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT operations and support.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of hosting platforms, domain management, DNS configuration, and server administration.
· Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools.
· Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, access management, and data protection practices.

Working Hours & Schedule:
· Work Location: → Permanent Work From Home
· Shift Timing: → 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
· Login Duration: → 10 hours per day
· Break Structure: → 1 hour total break | 30 minutes buffer time
· Working Schedule: → 6 working days per week | Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
· System Requirements: → Laptop (mandatory) | Stable Wi-Fi connection (Minimum Speed 100 Mbps) | Power backup required
Mandatory WFH Setup Verification:
To proceed with further interview rounds, candidates must share the following setup proofs:
· Laptop or Desktop picture while standing next to it
· Wi-Fi setup picture
· Wi-Fi speed test screenshot showing 100 Mbps
· Power backup picture
➡ Please note: Further interview rounds will be conducted only after receiving all the above required setup proofs.
Training & Employment Terms:
· Training Period: → 10 Days (5 Days Training + 5 Days OJT)
· Training payout will be included in the final settlement.
· Successful completion of training and certification is mandatory.
· Leaves: → 1 Paid Leave per month after completion of training.
· Payday: → 12th of every month.
· Resignation Policy: → Resignation is not permitted during the first month of employment.
· Employees terminated due to policy violations or performance concerns will not be eligible for full and final settlement benefits.
