Job Description

Candidate must have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Proactive approach to resolving client issues and improving service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation services.
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Visit client sites to understand their logistics needs and challenges.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to tailor proposals to client requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
