Lab Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support our Quality Control laboratory. The candidate will assist in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, maintain laboratory records, and ensure laboratory operations comply with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Prepare samples for physical and chemical analysis.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation accurately.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Support the Quality Control and R&D teams in product development and quality evaluation.
• Monitor laboratory chemicals, glassware, and consumables, and report inventory requirements.
• Assist in stability studies, product sampling, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory at all times.
• Do titration tests
• Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Laboratory Manager or QC Head.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience  0- 2 Yr

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
