About the Role
The Licensing Invoicing Executive fulfils a central role within the company and works closely with the account support team, the OA coordinators, and other internal stakeholders to prepare Invoices and set up access for online products accurately and in line with established License Agreements. In doing so, the goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction regarding the invoice and electronic product delivery process while managing internal and external relationships
The role of a Licensing Invoicing Executive is vital to the business and has direct impact on customer satisfaction. The role is therefore continuously enhanced by training and facilitating personal development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Invoicing 642 million in renewal revenue, and 136 million in new business and one-time purchases.
- Provide Account Support teams with first class invoice creation and access activation
- Provide feedback to improve Licensing Invoicing workflows (also in systems) to work more effective and efficient
- Monitor, analyze and improve performance on key indicators to improve quality and customer satisfaction E.g., Credits and Access Claims
- Prepare the renewals by actively discussing the Top 20 per region with the ASE teams, and setting clear steps and deadlines
- Point of contact for our OA Coordinators and Revenue Controller for Transformative Agreements
- Be the first point of contact for our internal customers with regards to invoicing and access activation
- Point of contact for our Straive colleagues with regards to invoicing and/or access related questions. And provide feedback to training material to improve manuals for continues improvement
- Acts as Key user for one of our systems (E.g., Salesforce) or acts as an SME (subject Matter Expert) for the team in Sales Operation wide projects and roll outs.
- Point of contact and invoicing expert for IT colleagues in regard to IT tickets for Bugs and improvements of systems and workflows or projects that will improve systems.
- Have excellent knowledge of (MPS) ERP system and knowledgeable on the Salesforce system
- Active participation in stakeholder and team meetings aimed at continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Key relationships:
- Collaborate and provide organizational support to Account Support Executives, OA Coordinators, Revenue Controller, IT and Finance
- Interdepartmental relationships:
- Account Support and Licensing Managers
- Product management and Socoe, to retrieve input on products and business models
- Customer Service/Online Services
- GroupTax
- Credit Control
- Finance & Financial Reporting including Revenue Controlling
- Open Access Operations
- Technical teams in both CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (MPS) systems
- Licensing Control, to align invoicing clauses in contracts
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor- or Master Degree or equivalent with commercial interest
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and project management skills, ability to work under pressure
- Customer minded (flexible and cooperative)
- Good understanding of commercial processes
- Ability to establish effective working relationships
- Detail oriented and accurate
- A proactive problem solver, with good attention to detail
- Reliable and results-oriented working style
- Flexible attitude
- High degree of independence and responsibility

- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Proficient in using multiple systems
- Good computer skills, Proficiency with MS-Office-Suite, particularly MS Excel and Google workspace
- Knowledge of (Salesforce) CRM (customer relationship management) & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Willingness to train on and work with other in-house data tools
- Time and Project management experience
