About the Role: We are hiring a Sales Team Leader who can manage a team, drive sales productivity, and maximize conversions for life insurance product.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives and tele callers.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
Handle client queries, project presentations, and site visits when needed.
Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.
Coordinate with the management team on sales strategies and reporting.
Requirements: Minimum 1 years of Life insurance sales experience.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
