Sales Manager - Business Loan

Job Purpose

We are seeking an aggressive, result-driven sales professional exclusively from an Unsecured Business Loan (BL) background. This role focuses strictly on high-ticket business loan sourcing through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network. Candidates with experience only in LAP (Loan Against Property), Home Loans (HL), or small-ticket retail lending will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• DSA Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage active DSAs to drive high-volume business loan sourcing.
• High-Ticket Sourcing: Focus exclusively on sourcing unsecured business loans with ticket sizes ranging from INR 10 Lakhs to INR 75 Lakhs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently deliver a minimum monthly portfolio disbursement target of INR 1 Crore+.
• End-to-End Processing: Coordinate between the DSA, customer, and internal credit teams to ensure smooth documentation, login, and quick disbursement.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings, interest rates, and market trends to position our products effectively through the DSA network.

• Sourcing Channel: Must have a proven track record of sourcing exclusively through DSAs. Candidates relying on direct sourcing or branch walk-ins will not be shortlisted.
• Ticket Size Expertise: Proven experience handling ticket sizes between INR 10 Lakhs and INR 75 Lakhs. Candidates handling micro-loans or small ticket sizes (<10 Lakhs) need not apply.
• Performance Track Record: Must be a consistent performer achieving or exceeding a 1 Crore+ monthly disbursement target.
