Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for elevator and lift projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Handle project inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and installation teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Sales within the Lift/Elevator industry.
- Candidates must have prior work experience with one or more of the following companies:
- Otis
- Schindler
- KONE
- Johnson Lifts
- Mitsubishi Elevators
- TK Elevator
- Hybon Elevators
- Polo Elevators
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of elevator products, project sales processes, and the construction industry.
