Job TitleLoan Sales Telecaller
Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Loan Sales Telecaller to connect with customers, explain loan products, and generate sales leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers over calls.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding loan products.
- Explain personal loan, business loan, home loan, or other financial products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate and maintain leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and verification team for loan processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan and banking products.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
- Positive attitude and sales mindset.
- Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or banking process preferred.
