Logistics Executive (Evening Shift)

📍 Location: Naya Bazar Office

🕒 Shift: Evening Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the loading and unloading of materials to ensure safe and timely dispatch.
• Prepare transport documents such as GR, Challan, and E-Way Bills.
• Manage the dispatch and receipt of goods from transporters.
• Update dispatch and shipment details in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transport documents.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Verify all transport documents before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Familiarity with preparing GR, Challan, and E-Way Bills.
• Knowledge of loading and unloading of materials and dispatch operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or dispatch operations is preferred.
