About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our D2C logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce shipping, courier management, NDR handling, RTO reduction, and delivery performance optimization.

• Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate daily order dispatches through courier partners.
• Ensure timely pickup, shipment processing, and delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery-related issues proactively.
• Maintain smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and courier partners.
• Courier ManagementManage relationships with courier aggregators and courier companies.
• Negotiate freight rates, service levels, and operational terms with logistics partners.
• Evaluate courier performance and recommend improvements.
• Onboard and manage multiple courier partners to optimize delivery experience.
• NDR & RTO ManagementMonitor and resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with courier partners and customers to ensure successful re-attempts.
• Analyze RTO trends and implement strategies to reduce RTO percentage.
• Identify root causes for failed deliveries and recommend corrective actions.
• Delivery Performance OptimizationTrack key logistics metrics including:
• Delivery Success Rate
• RTO Percentage
• NDR Closure Rate
• SLA Compliance
• Shipping Cost per Order
• Generate regular reports and share actionable insights with management.
• Work towards improving customer delivery experience and reducing delivery timelines.
• Process ImprovementIdentify logistics bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with customer support teams for delivery-related escalations.
• Ensure adherence to logistics SOPs and operational standards.
• Desired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce logistics operations.
• Experience working with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, Pickrr, NimbusPost, Unicommerce, etc.
• Strong understanding of NDR management, RTO reduction, courier operations, and last-mile delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics dashboards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
