Management Trainee-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-Consumer Relationship Management

As a Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with experienced professionals to enhance our HR and consumer relationship strategies.   • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve overall HR performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and consumer relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in HR or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
