Manager Compliance - Delhi | TCNS Clothing | Apparels
KRAs:
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, internal policies, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Lead compliance audits, reviews, and governance initiatives, ensuring timely closure of observations and action items.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring and implementation of corrective measures.
- Partner with business, HR, legal, and external stakeholders to drive effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, MIS, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility on compliance performance and key risks.
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, policies, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and governance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, and compliance through guidance, stakeholder engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
