Job Purpose

• To Ensure Radio Network availability Improvements.
• Governance with service partners to improve network uptime.
• Quality services and rich customer experience and in the process ensure market leadership;
• High performance culture and collaboration with relevant stakeholders

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Breakdown & preventive maintenance of 2G, 3G & 4G Sites
• Coordination with Infra providers to ensure network availability >99.95.
• Network Alarms rectification within 24 hrs to ensure Network quality Improvements.
• To ensure MW & txn network uptime >99.95%
• Inventory management & ensure NSS compliance.
• Supporting Capacity addition & traffic shifting as per.
• HSW Compliances & inculcating safety culture..
•  Ideas for opex efficiency

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Experience on RAN network
• Coordination skills with service partners.
• Good troubleshooting skills on MW & RAN
• Analytical skills    

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications
