Marketing Executive – Field Operations & Client Relations

We are looking for a confident and proactive Marketing Executive with focus on Field Operations & Client Relations.

This role involves client communication, field visits, relationship management, business development support, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to multiple aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

2. Conduct field visits across Delhi NCR when required.

3. Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.

4. Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.

5. Support the founder in day-to-day business operations.

6. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with prospects and clients.

7. Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits.

8. Capture photos and videos during client meetings, site visits, events, and business activities.

Other requirements

1. Candidate should be available for full-time in-office work.

2. Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR for client visits.

3. Looking for a long-term growth opportunity and eager to learn.

4. Candidates pursuing distance education or with completed education can apply.

5. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than prior experience.
