Job Title: Marketing Manager (Education – Interview Training)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Career Quest is a reputed Interview Training Institute based in Delhi, known for guiding aspirants towards success in competitive exams and interviews. We are expanding our reach and launching new courses, and are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and create awareness about our interview training courses
• Interact directly with students and explain course features and benefits
• Generate leads and convert them into admissions
• Plan and execute basic marketing activities (online/offline)
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective students
• Support promotional campaigns and institute branding efforts

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
• Confident personality with ability to interact with students
• Basic understanding of marketing/sales (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Graduate PG (MBA preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate)
