Job Description
1. To ensure smooth functioning of dental clinic
2. To greet patients politely and ensure proper registeration and make them comfortable.
3. To inform in case of any query generated through calls and the query is answered
timely.
4. To report to all dentist and staff regarding daily appointments status in the morning and recheck with patients.
5. To ensure in case of non compliance, raise a message on whatsapp group, so that their
performance can be monitored and action taken as necessary.
6. To ensure waiting area cleanliness and safety.
7. To maintain scanning and uploading records of patients on daily basis and all other cards
are properly arranged.
8. To report any adverse event directly to clinic inchgarge .
9. To make treatment summaries of patients whose procedure is completed.
10. Other work related to your skills and qualification be added whenever required.
