Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Medical Representative – Dermatology to represent Cosmosheer Clinical products within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will engage with dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, and retailers to increase product awareness, profile Cosmosheer Clinical as a preferred clinical skincare brand, and achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, skin clinics, hospitals, and prescribers.
• Promote Cosmosheer Clinical products effectively through scientific detailing and product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned to the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations, detailing presentations, and educational discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Provide timely feedback and reporting on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs
• Represent the brand professionally at conferences, meetings, and product showcases when required.
• Required Skills and Qualifications: M. Pharma/ B. Pharma / Science background preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology, cosmeceuticals, aesthetic products, or related segments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presentation skills and scientific communication ability.
