Civil Engineer / Construction Manager

MEP Execution (Electrical) - North

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Delhi (NCR). As a Civil Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 15 years of experience in civil engineering and management. You will work in a Site Environment, contributing to project execution. Strong technical and leadership skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• 1. Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• 2. Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• 3. Manage construction activities, concreting, construction methodology, reinforcement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• 4. Oversee site operations, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project execution.
• 5. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
• 6. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• 7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
• 8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
• 9. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, budget, and quality to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• 1. Full-time ITI or Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering
• 2. 3-15 years of experience in civil engineering and management
• 3. Experience in managing construction activities, concreting, construction methodology, reinforcement and ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards
