Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Boy / Peon to maintain cleanliness, support daily office activities, and assist staff in routine work to ensure smooth office operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms
- Serve water/tea/coffee to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, file movement, and document delivery
- Assist in loading/unloading small office materials and parcels
- Go to bank, courier office, or market when required for official work
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks
- Check and refill pantry items and drinking water cans
- Open and close the office on time
- Maintain proper arrangement of files, newspapers, and office supplies
- Help during meetings or guest visits
