Job Summary :-
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with documentation and reporting. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
· Coordinate meetings, and events
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
· Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
· Follow up on action items and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:-
· Any Graduate degree (BA, BCom, BBA, or equivalent)
· 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
