Position: Operations Incharge
Operations Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth pickup and delivery of shipments, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Key Responsibilities:Daily shipment operations handle karna
- Pickup & delivery coordination manage karna
- All shipments ka tracking & timely delivery ensure karna
- Delay, NDR & operational issues resolve karna
- Drivers, loaders & staff ke saath coordination
- Hub/branch operations monitor karna
- Daily MIS reports maintain karna
- Clients ko timely updates dena
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years experience in logistics / transport operations
Strong communication & coordination skills
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
Pressure me kaam karne ki ability
- Salary & Benefits:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
