Job Description
Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Kamla Market, Delhi | Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month
Role
Handle daily booking and material delivery operations from our Kamla Market office.
Key Work
1. Computer Booking: Enter customer orders in system, confirm details, generate slips
2. Delivery Management: Coordinate dispatch, track deliveries, update customers
3. Customer Calls: Handle booking queries, delivery status, delays on phone/WhatsApp
4. Daily Reports: Maintain booking & delivery records, COD cash tally
Need
- 1+ year ops/logistics experience
- Computer typing + basic Excel
- Knows basic English
- 12th pass minimum
- Can handle calls
