Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Executive who will manage the backbone of our service delivery — Pandit onboarding, coordination, customer handling, and internal operations.

This role is critical to ensuring every puja booked on Teertham is executed smoothly and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Pandit Onboarding & ManagementIdentify, onboard, and verify qualified pandits/acharyas across regions
• Maintain a structured database of pandits (skills, availability, specialization)
• Ensure onboarding documentation, training, and quality standards
• Pandit Coordination & Assignment Assign the right pandit based on puja type, location, and availability
• Coordinate with pandits for scheduling, travel, and readiness
• Handle last-minute escalations, replacements, and rescheduling
• Customer CoordinationAct as the primary POC for customers before, during, and after pujas
• Ensure customers are well-informed about puja process, timing, and requirements
• Handle customer queries, issues, and feedback with a solution-first approach
• Team Coordination Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics)
• Ensure timely delivery of puja samagri and service execution
• Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
• Operations & Process ManagementTrack daily operations metrics (bookings, completion rate, issues)
• Build and improve SOPs for smoother execution
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Requirements2–3 years of experience in Operations / Customer Success / Sales / Field Ops
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
• Familiarity with CRM tools / Excel / operations dashboards is a plus
• Experience in service-based or marketplace startups is preferred
