Nanoverse is an immersive kids play & gaming arena designed to create high-energy, engaging experiences for children and families. We combine play, technology, and events to deliver memorable moments every day.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day operations on-ground while also managing marketing and social media for the brand.
⏰ Working Hours
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (On-site)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Operations Management
- Oversee daily functioning of the play area
- Manage and supervise operations staff
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth customer experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate and execute birthday parties & events
- Maintain overall energy, engagement, and service standards
🔹 Marketing & Social Media
- Manage Nanoverse’s social media accounts
- Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
- Coordinate photoshoots / videos at the venue
- Plan basic campaigns and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and online leads
- Maintain brand presence and consistency across platforms

- Experience in operations, hospitality, events, or similar roles
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Energetic, responsible, and proactive personality
- Basic understanding of social media and content creation
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
