Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked sales professional from a hospitality background to drive revenue in our high-end corporate and luxury social events vertical. This role is focused on acquiring, managing, and growing premium clientele for curated experiences including corporate offsites, leadership retreats, destination weddings, and bespoke celebrations.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales for luxury corporate events, CXO retreats, and premium social functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR heads, CXOs, admin teams, wedding planners, and HNIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, references, and strategic partnerships.
  • Pitch and sell experiential event concepts, not just venues or packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure → client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.



  • Candidate ProfileMandatory background in Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Event Sales, Luxury Travel, or Banquets).
  • 3–8 years of experience in sales of high-value events or luxury services.
  • Strong understanding of premium customer expectations and service standards.
  • Existing network in corporate or luxury social segments is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to sell experiences, not commodities.
  • Highly self-driven with an ownership mindset.
