Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our platform, generate leads, and drive user acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with employers, explaining platform benefits, and ensuring successful onboarding.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads through field visits, calls, and online channels
• Approach businesses and employers to onboard them on Apna
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Track daily activities and update reports in CRM systems
