 Business Development Executive (BDE)

 

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth in the premium tea, corporate gifting, and private labeling space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects, understands customer needs quickly, and can convert warm leads into meaningful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities·      Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

·      Communicate product offerings including premium teas, corporate gifting, and private labeling solutions

·      Qualify leads and drive them towards closure

·      Build rapport with corporate clients and individual buyers

·      Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads

·      Coordinate with internal teams for order execution

·      Track and update lead status in CRM systems

·      Improve sales scripts and conversion rates

Ideal Candidate Profile·      2–3 years of experience in sales / business development / inside sales

·      Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

·      Quick learner with ability to understand client needs

·      Energetic and target-oriented mindset

·      Clear thinking and structured approach

·      Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools

·      Experience in corporate sales, gifting, FMCG, or D2C brands is a plus
