Job Description
Job Opening: E-commerce Order Processing Executive
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: [On-site ]
Job Responsibilities:
• Process daily orders from website & marketplaces
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery
• Generate invoices, shipping labels & tracking details
• Update order status and maintain records
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders
• Ensure timely dispatch and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc. preferred)
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage daily order volume efficiently
