📌 Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Company: Matrix Info Systems Pvt Ltd

Location: Okhla Phase – 2, New Delhi

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Work Mode: Full-time | Work From Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director in daily operational and administrative tasks. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage confidential information professionally.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion within deadlines
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Maintain and organize documents, records, and reports
  • Draft emails, schedules, and internal communications
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities
  • Prepare reports and data using Excel and other software tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
  • Ensure smooth workflow and task management for the Director
