Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Promote third-party inspection services to manufacturers, importers, and exporters
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales deals
Coordinate with operations/inspection teams for smooth service delivery
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sales & marketing in the service industry (preferably third-party inspection)
Strong understanding of inspection services (quality, pre-shipment, factory audit, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle B2B clients and generate leads independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel as per business needs
