📞 Experience: Inside Sales / Telesales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads

Convert leads into successful sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

Ensure smooth completion of the sales process

Maintain customer records using CRM software

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
