Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Process Coordinator who can manage day-to-day operational workflows, resolve technical issues, and streamline processes. The ideal candidate should be tech-friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tools like Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Tally efficiently.



Key Responsibilities


Coordinate and manage daily business processes and workflows

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues

Maintain and update data using Google Sheets with accuracy

Create, manage, and optimize Google Forms for data collection

Handle basic accounting entries and reporting using Tally

Monitor process performance and suggest improvements

Ensure smooth communication between different departments

Maintain proper documentation and reports of all processes




Required Skills & Qualifications


Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, data handling, reporting)

Experience with Google Forms (creation, automation, responses tracking)

Working knowledge of Tally for accounting entries

Good technical understanding and ability to solve system-related issues

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Basic understanding of process management and coordination

Good communication and organizational skills

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools/software
