Travel Agent / Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Package Management: End-to-end planning, costing, and execution of international tour packages.

Destination Expertise: Provide expert advice on global destinations, entry requirements, and local attractions to ensure a premium client experience.

Operations & Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to manage bookings, create detailed itineraries, and maintain organized client records.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with international DMC partners and hotels to secure the best rates and service quality.

Client Communication: Handle inquiries and provide high-quality service with exceptional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

What We’re Looking For

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in designing international travel itineraries (e.g., SE Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc.).

Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office; ability to create professional spreadsheets and well-formatted documents.

Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate professionally with global partners and high-end clientele.

Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for logistics and a commitment to accuracy in travel documentation.
