(1) Receive po and mantain pending po list

(2) Issue pi

(3) Issue production orders (set format)

(4) Mantain stock lists - finished and semi finished goods

(5) Maintain pending order list and status

(6) Keep sales team / clients updated @ lead time / delivery

(7) Payment reminders - sales team
