Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations in the manufacturing unit
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams for smooth workflow
- Handle manpower allocation and supervise shop floor activities
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and resources
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure safety norms and discipline are maintained on the shop floor
- Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in lift/elevator manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of lift components, assembly, and production processes
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
