Purchase And Logistics Executive

Sun Up Agro Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized Purchase, Logistics & Sales Executive to manage the end-to-end commercial cycle — from sourcing raw materials to coordinating dispatch and driving sales. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on coordination, and can balance cost, quality, and customer service across procurement, supply chain, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase / Procurement

• Source raw materials, agro produce, packaging, and supplies at competitive rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, farmers, mandis, and suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Monitor market prices and seasonal availability to optimize buying decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues around quality, quantity, or delivery.

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of goods.
• Manage warehousing, stock levels, inventory records, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters and negotiate freight rates to control costs.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Handle documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

Sales

• Generate and follow up on sales leads; build and maintain customer relationships.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth in existing and new markets.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and market feedback for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Agriculture, or Supply Chain preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in purchase, logistics, or sales, ideally in the food, FMCG, or agro sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and inventory/accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Familiarity with GST, e-way bills, and basic commercial documentation.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; ability to deal with vendors, transporters, and customers.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Own two-wheeler / valid driving license preferred (for local market visits).
