Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and interactions between counsellors and patients to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Assess communication skills, tone, clarity, empathy, and professionalism in patient interactions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to counsellors for performance improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions on communication skills, patient handling, and process updates.
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation parameters.
- Identify gaps in communication and suggest improvement strategies.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to enhance overall team performance.
- Maintain quality reports, audit records, and performance trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and patient service standards.
- Support new joiners with onboarding training related to communication and quality standards.
