Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Visit OEM manufacturing units, molding, PCB, assembly, and packaging vendors for quality inspections.
* Conduct IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), and FQC (Final Quality Control) inspections.
* Check product quality including plastic finish, assembly, branding, functionality, and packaging standards.
* Perform testing of products like chargers, data cables, power banks, portable speakers, TWS, and neckbands.
* Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and vendor performance reports.
* Identify defects and coordinate with vendors for corrective actions.
* Implement RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) for quality issues.
* Ensure products meet company quality standards before final approval.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Mobile Accessories or Consumer Electronics.
* Knowledge of quality testing methods and testing instruments.
* Good understanding of electronic product inspection.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining reports.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ready to travel for vendor and factory quality inspections.
