Job Description
Looking for experienced RAC Trainers for our vocational training centers.
Qualifications:
✅ ITI Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
✅ 3–6 years of relevant industry experience
✅ Strong practical skills & passion for teaching youth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and hands-on training on RAC systems
Develop training modules and assess trainee performance
Prepare students for employment and coordinate placements
Maintain equipment, documentation, and safety standards
