Job Description
Responsible for promoting real estate projects through video content, client communication, and inventory management. The role involves engaging potential buyers, showcasing properties, and supporting the sales process through digital and direct communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Create videos of project sites and properties to showcase features and amenities
Edit and enhance video content using laptop-based editing tools for marketing purposes
Contact potential clients via calls and explain project details clearly
Convince and schedule site visits for interested clients
Assist clients in understanding property benefits and support them in purchase decisions
Maintain and update property inventory records regularly
Share updated inventory and project details with clients via WhatsApp
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales
Skills Required:
Basic video shooting and editing skills
Good communication and convincing ability
Knowledge of real estate sales process (preferred)
Ability to manage and update data accurately
Familiarity with WhatsApp and digital communication tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus
