Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-ground, and converting opportunities into business. This role involves extensive field work, direct client interaction, and ownership of sales targets across local markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients
- Generate leads through on-ground prospecting, walk-ins, and networking
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and pitches
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant marketing solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution
- Track daily activities, meetings, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in meeting and pitching to clients face-to-face
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling marketing, advertising, or service-based solutions
- Familiarity with local market and business landscape
- Prior experience in lead generation and cold outreach
