Real Estate Sales Executive

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through digital campaigns, CPs & walk-ins
• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, investment purpose)
• Explain project details: pricing, payment plans, loan options & ROI
• Schedule and coordinate site visits
• Conduct follow-ups post site visit to drive closures
• Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
• Coordinate with channel partners, site team & digital team
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Convincing & negotiation abilities
• Customer-centric approach
• Presentable personality & professional attitude
• Willingness to work on weekends & site locations
