Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer queries, support order processing backend, and ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website chats
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products (guidance-based selling)
  • Manage quotes and order processing, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch/logistics) for timely execution
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction closure
  • Maintain records in CRM / Excel systems
