Job Description

🔹 Required Skills:


  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
  • Basic understanding of data entry and record keeping


🔹 Experience Requirement:Minimum 6 months to 1 year of calling experience (Customer Support / Telecalling / Collection)

  • Experience in handling customer calls and follow-ups will be preferred


  • 🔹 Additional Requirements:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
