Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

Prepare and present market analyses to clients.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings and attract buyers.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred.
