Job Description

Sales & Admin Executive

Company: Wedding Wala Dance Studio

Location:

L-86A, Street No. 7, New Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, West Delhi

Nearest Metro: Janakpuri East

Salary: ₹9,000–₹16,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
  • Counsel clients about dance classes and wedding choreography.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions/bookings.
  • Manage student registrations, fee records, and attendance.
  • Coordinate class schedules with trainers.
  • Maintain CRM, reports, and office records.
  • Prepare and manage reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent English & Hindi communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Sales/Admin experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
