GOYAL MG GASES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and responsible Receptionist cum Office Admin Assistant to manage reception activities, office administration, housekeeping supervision, and coordination work for both office and the residence of a Lady Director. The candidate should have strong staff management, vendor coordination, and administrative skills with the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.

🛎️ Handle front desk and receptionist activities professionally

🏠 Supervise housekeeping and day-to-day operations at the Lady Director’s residence

👩‍💼 Assist the Lady Director with administrative and coordination tasks

📋 Manage office administration and support assigned responsibilities

🤝 Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household staff efficiently

🧹 Supervise housekeeping staff, servants, and maintenance activities

🛒 Handle procurement of office and household goods

📞 Maintain communication and coordination between office and residence operations

📂 Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of facilities

🌟 Maintain professional behavior and effective guest relationship management

📍 Preferred candidates should stay near: Lajpat Nagar, Ashram, Friends Colony, Jungpura, East of Kailash, Amar Colony, Bhogal, South Ex, Govindpuri, Mehrauli, Sriniwaspuri, Kalkaji, or CR Park.

💰 Salary:
