Job Description: Office Assistant cum Receptionist
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Office Assistant cum Receptionist with 1–2 years of experience to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, sound knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to handle office correspondence and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors courteously and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Manage office mails, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain records, files, and documents in an organised manner.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations as required.
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-1–2 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
